MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Outpower Hosting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service with credible evidence supporting the reason for the same, you can email and receive a full refund for your package within 30 days after you made the payment on the account. However, all domain registrations and domain transfers are final and do not include any money-back guarantee and will be subject to domain registration/transfer fee.
There are two ways for this domain registration/transfer fee to be deducted:

• A partial refund to be paid, i.e. the total transaction minus the domain fee.
• You will be required to make a deposit for the domain fee before receiving the refund for the hosting account.

Any cancellations after 29days, 23hrs and 59mins will not be considered for a money back guarantee.

Any accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service or any other Service Agreements entered into at the time of registration do not qualify for a Refund.
